I have been requesting pest control via my mgmt company for months - that is entirely another story. Jorge was the person that came to my apt and was very careful looking for pests and placing bait. Had a Raccoon find its way into my attic and was making a bunch of ruckus. Couldn't find anyone to come out and help remove it. Called No Escape and they were out here the same day. I had a major rodent problem in a tenant's small apartment and another tenant's house and this company solved it! George picks up his phone and gets right to work, even on a weekend, adjusting his schedule to accommodate the tenants'. These particular problems needed attention over the course of a month to make certain the problem was eradicated. My experience with them is that they are about getting to a solution with the place of business, while being open to listen to specific needs and details. Mr.Jorge is running a great buisness here. He is on time, professional, responsive, thorough, and fairly priced. He goes above and beyond to make sure the problem is solved. We really were blessed to have come across him when we had a rodent problem  in our rental property. He came the same day (on a weekend).He really knows his stuff and it shows. Review My wife and I moved into a rental house when we transferred to San Antonio last October. We were awakened almost nightly by scratching noises in the attic above our bedroom. We placed glue boards and rat poison throughout the home but continued to lose sleep at night due to the noise in the attic. I googled pest control companies and found several companies. After scouring through different reviews, I decided to contact No Escape Pest Control, and my call paid off. The owner Jorge came out the same day to deal with the issue. After inspecting the home, he placed traps and said he would return in couple of days and place poison if no mice were in the traps. As promised, he returned and distributed poison and said he would give it a couple of days before returning to check for results. When he returned, there was still no sign of mice. Jorge was determined to solve our problem, so he climbed through our attic which was completely filled with "blown-in" dusty insulation and noticed that a vent pipe and a roof fan were missing the metal screens that were installed during construction of the home. Someone had since repaired the openings with cardboard, and squirrels had torn the cardboard off and were coming into the attic every night since the weather started getting colder. Jorge used strong steel screen to seal both openings and placed a steel trap cage in the area where we had been hearing the nightly noises. He returned two days later to check his work, and there had been no more noise, and the food in the cage was still there untouched. We can finally sleep through the night with no interruptions. We paid Jorge a very reasonable one-time fee the first time he came out, and he provided excellent service and through a strong determination, kept going until he resolved our pest problem. We are having a home built soon and Jorge will most definitely be our pest control guy. He chose the perfect name for his company because there is no chance of any type of pest escaping once Jorge is on the scene. I am very happy with No Escape. Jorge was very helpful as well as friendly and courteous. He took his time, explained my options, and recommended the best plan to eliminate a rat problem. "No escape" did a great job.  I had to reschedule my appointment late in the afternoon and the company was very professional about helping.  No corners were cut, all questions were answered and I also get a 30 day guarantee.  There is also no obligation to sign a servicing contract.  I will call them again for my next service!
